Because of the high content of nickel (Ni) and chromium (Cr), 310S stainless steel has good resistance to oxidation, corrosion, acid and alkali, high temperature resistance. High temperature resistant steel tubes made of 310S stainless steel are used for manufacturing electric heating furnace tubes and other applications. Austenitic stainless steel with increased carbon content, its solid solution strengthening effect to improve the strength, austenitic stainless steel chemical composition characteristics of chromium, nickel based on the addition of molybdenum, tungsten, niobium and titanium and other elements, its organization is face-centered cubic structure, thus 310S stainless steel at high temperatures have high strength and creep strength.
