  • Steel structure cutting refers to the process of cutting steel structure according to the needs in industrial production.The usual cutting techniques include flame cutting, water cutting, plasma cutting and so on. Currently the most widely used is flame cutting.

1、Flame cutting: flame cutting is currently the most widely used cutting technology, mainly the use of gas and oxygen mixed combustion to produce high temperature oxidation of steel, melting, so as to achieve the purpose of cutting. The gas used is natural gas, acetylene, propane, etc. Acetylene has been eliminated by state decree, natural gas, propane is a new type of gas technology, need to add Cui chemical agent, Cui chemical, activation, in order to achieve the purpose of cutting.
2、Water cutting: is a newly developed cutting technology in recent years, the use of high pressure out of the water column to cut steel plate, advanced technology, high cutting precision, suitable for cutting thin, medium thickness, high precision requirements of cutting steel plate. The disadvantage is that the cost is high, the general industrial cutting does not require high precision cutting, so it is not suitable for ordinary industrial cutting.
3、Plasma arc cutting: It is a processing method that uses the heat of high temperature plasma arc to locally melt (and evaporate) the metal at the workpiece incision, and uses the momentum of high speed plasma to remove the molten metal to form the incision. Plasma cutting with different working gas can cut a variety of oxygen cutting difficult to cut metal, especially for non-ferrous metal (stainless steel, aluminum, copper, titanium, nickel) cutting effect is better;
