If the pipe shows a low density, avoid it!Check the surface of the boiler tube. A good quality boiler tube has a smooth surface. Application

Steel pipe can be used in the pipeline, thermal technology equipment, 

industrial machinery, petroleum geological exploration, containers, chemical 

industry, and special purpose

(1) general boiler tube is mainly used to produce water wall tube, water pipe, 

superheated steam tube, locomotive boiler superheated steam pipe, large 

and small pipe and tube arch brick, etc.

(2) high pressure boiler tube is mainly used to manufacture high-pressure 

and ultrahighpressure boiler superheater tubes, reheater tube, airway,

 such as main steam pipe.

Use of boiler tubes

Boiler tubes can withstand temperatures up to 700°C and pressures up to 300 bar, and are therefore mainly used in energy equipment. They are most commonly used for steam pipes and steam boilers.
The use of boiler tubes is often determined by their additional properties. For example, acid-resistant boiler tubes are ideal for building installations that transport various chemicals because they are resistant to corrosion. On the other hand, heat-resistant boiler tubes do not deform even under the influence of high temperatures. In addition, their structural composition includes special steel alloys that minimize wear and tear.
Using thick-walled boiler tubes is worthwhile if we want to combine high strength with relatively low weight in the installation. They are also a good choice for installations where hot liquids need to be transported under pressure. Stainless steel boiler tubes are also often used. They are covered with an additional layer that protects them from corrosion, allowing them to be used in wet conditions.
