Product name: Annealed wire Standard: ISO ASTM GB YB Annealing temperature: adjusted according to carbon content (refer to GB/T 16923), allowable deviation ±10℃ Cooling rate: Full annealing: furnace cooling (≤50℃/h); spheroidizing annealing: slowly cooling to 500℃ in the furnace and then air cooling Protective gas: nitrogen (purity ≥99.99%), hydrogen and nitrogen mixed gas (H₂ 5%~15%), dew point ≤-40℃ Surface quality: no oxide scale, no decarburization layer (decarburization layer depth ≤0.02mm, tested according to GB/T 224) Application: concrete structure binding, spring manufacturing, tire bead wire, etc.

Application: mainly processed into coil wire, spool wire or big package wire, used for tie wire or baling wire in building, parks and daily binding Or further straightened and cut into cut wire and U type wire.
Diameter: Similar to galvanized iron wire, from 5mm to 0.15mm (wire gauge 6# to 38#).
Standard Gauge: from 5# –38# (0.17mm-4.5mm)
Tensile Strength: 35-55kg/mm2
Elongation: 10%-25%
Commom packing: 0.5kg -1000kgs/coil, plastic film inside then wrapped with white or other color PVC weaving bag or hessian cloth
