IS 2062 E250 steel plate introduction

IS 2062 E250A PLATES are low carbon steel plates that offer superior high corrosion resistance in a broad range of reducing atmospheres. Therefore coupled with good resisting elements, it features good resistance to corrosion. These plates are basically designed to withstand an environment in soaring temperatures. In addition to the plates are formed from the cold and hot drawing process. However, these are hot formed and are recommended for the hot working procedure. However, after its hot working procedure, these plates followed by solution annealing and quenching process. The plates are directly quenched. In addition to these plates are then cold worked that ensures superior strengthening and hardening.
